Refund and Cancellation Policy
How one-time report purchases, delivery retries, and monthly Monitor cancellation work.
Quillward is for low-sensitivity preparedness signals. Never submit passwords, payment credentials, SSNs, private keys, API tokens, or confidential customer records.
One-time Starter and Pro purchases
Starter and Pro are one-time purchases. Checkout verifies the product, customer email, and gross amount before access is granted. If delivery is delayed or fails, use the retry control in the private dashboard; a retry does not create a second charge.
Quillward does not promise a blanket refund or an unsupported self-service refund workflow. Send a payment question to contact@getquillward.com with only the transaction date and amount—never a card number, bank detail, or secret—and the company will review it under applicable law and the payment provider’s records.
Monitor cancellation
Monitor is a monthly subscription managed through the hosted billing portal at /dashboard/billing. Cancellation takes effect according to the payment provider’s subscription timing. Cancellation stops new Monitor cycles after the active period; completed assessments, generated materials, and purchased history remain available in the account unless the company is legally required to do otherwise.
The current product does not promise a particular prorated refund. Ask the company about a billing issue at contact@getquillward.com before sending any sensitive payment information.
